What is the Blue Safari submarine dive?

A submarine dive in Mauritius is a real dive to 35 metres depth in a pressurised, air-conditioned cabin — a memorable, thrilling and unique experience to share with your family. No diving certification or swimming skills are required: you watch the underwater world through portholes, in complete comfort.

How long does the submarine experience last?

The full Submarine Experience lasts about 2 hours, including briefing, transfer to the dive site and the underwater dive itself.

Who can take part?

Everyone — the submarine is suitable for all ages and for non-swimmers. It is one of the very few places in the world where the whole family can genuinely dive together, and the only leisure submarine in the Indian Ocean.
